1、主蒸(zheng)汽管(guan)道材(cai)料選擇
電(dian)力部有關部門電(dian)站管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件規格化會(hui)議,提出電(dian)站主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)汽(qi)水管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)規格,其中300MW機組(zu)(zu)主(zhu)(zhu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)系統(tong)主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)推薦(jian)采用(yong)(yong)A335P22合(he)金(jin)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。此(ci)后國(guo)內(nei)300Mw機組(zu)(zu)工程大(da)多照(zhao)此(ci)選用(yong)(yong),有關廠(chang)家也按A335P22合(he)金(jin)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)規格研制開發了配套管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件。已投運(yun)的(de)300MW機組(zu)(zu),如井岡山華能(neng)(neng)電(dian)廠(chang)、豐城電(dian)廠(chang)的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)、再(zai)熱(re)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)熱(re)段管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)均使用(yong)(yong)A335P22合(he)金(jin)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。A335P91合(he)金(jin)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)屬(shu)改良型(xing)9Cr1Mo高(gao)(gao)強(qiang)度馬氏體耐熱(re)鋼。由于P91合(he)金(jin)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)具有高(gao)(gao)溫強(qiang)度高(gao)(gao)、高(gao)(gao)的(de)抗氧化性(xing)能(neng)(neng)和抗高(gao)(gao)溫蒸(zheng)汽(qi)腐蝕性(xing)能(neng)(neng)等特點,80年(nian)代已被(bei)英(ying)、美、德等國(guo)廣泛應(ying)用(yong)(yong)在電(dian)站設備上。我國(guo)從九十年(nian)開始(shi),逐步使用(yong)(yong)A335P91作為電(dian)站主(zhu)(zhu)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)、再(zai)熱(re)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)熱(re)段管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)的(de)材料。
P91鋼(gang)(gang)材(cai)比P22強(qiang)度(du)(du)高(gao),且其(qi)強(qiang)度(du)(du)隨溫(wen)度(du)(du)升高(gao)下(xia)降較少,在20℃時(shi),P91合金(jin)三通(tong)抗拉強(qiang)度(du)(du)比P22合金(jin)三通(tong)高(gao)41.6%;在538℃時(shi),P91鋼(gang)(gang)材(cai)的(de)許用(yong)(yong)(yong)應力卻(que)比P22鋼(gang)(gang)材(cai)高(gao)83.3%。正(zheng)是由于P91鋼(gang)(gang)材(cai)在高(gao)溫(wen)下(xia)具有(you)比P22鋼(gang)(gang)材(cai)高(gao)得(de)(de)多(duo)(duo)的(de)許用(yong)(yong)(yong)應力。使得(de)(de)其(qi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)作主蒸汽管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)時(shi)壁厚(hou)(hou)比采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)P22鋼(gang)(gang)材(cai)薄(bo)(bo)得(de)(de)多(duo)(duo)。這是P91鋼(gang)(gang)材(cai)在大機組上應用(yong)(yong)(yong)越(yue)來越(yue)廣泛的(de)主要原因主蒸汽管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)P91合金(jin)管(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)與采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)P22合金(jin)管(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)初(chu)步比較,主蒸汽管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)P22材(cai)質(zhi)時(shi),主管(guan)(guan)規(gui)格(ge)(ge)(ge)為(wei)Φ368×82,支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)規(gui)格(ge)(ge)(ge)為(wei)Φ273×62.23;采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)P91材(cai)質(zhi)時(shi),主管(guan)(guan)規(gui)格(ge)(ge)(ge)為(wei)Φ368.3×40,支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)規(gui)格(ge)(ge)(ge)為(wei)Φ273×30。對比可知(zhi),主管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)壁厚(hou)(hou)減薄(bo)(bo)了(le)42mm,減薄(bo)(bo)率為(wei)51.2%;支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)壁厚(hou)(hou)減薄(bo)(bo)了(le)32.23mm,減薄(bo)(bo)率為(wei)51.8%。合金(jin)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)總(zong)重大大減少,管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)總(zong)重比P91/P22=1/2.18。
目前,隨市場價格的(de)(de)(de)波動,合金管(guan)材(cai)單位重(zhong)量價格比P91/P22約為1.4~1.95,由(you)于(yu)管(guan)道(dao)總重(zhong)減少的(de)(de)(de)數量超出了價格增長的(de)(de)(de)影響,因此,主蒸汽管(guan)道(dao)采用P91是經濟的(de)(de)(de)。另(ling)外(wai),因管(guan)道(dao)壁(bi)厚較(jiao)薄,管(guan)道(dao)對設備接口的(de)(de)(de)推力(li)和(he)力(li)矩可以減小(xiao)。同時,由(you)于(yu)減輕了管(guan)道(dao)重(zhong)量,支(zhi)吊架荷重(zhong)相應減小(xiao)。不(bu)但(dan)節省支(zhi)吊架造價,相應的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)道(dao)安(an)裝(zhuang)費(fei)用、土建費(fei)用也會節省。
2、再熱蒸汽熱段管道管材(cai)選擇
再熱熱段(duan)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)屬(shu)于大(da)管(guan)徑薄(bo)(bo)壁(bi)(bi)管(guan),如果采用(yong)(yong)P91合(he)(he)金鋼管(guan),本就較薄(bo)(bo)的壁(bi)(bi)厚(hou)就會更薄(bo)(bo)。由于計(ji)算管(guan)壁(bi)(bi)太薄(bo)(bo),從安全角度出發,壁(bi)(bi)厚(hou)的實際取值比(bi)(bi)計(ji)算值要大(da)許多,這樣一(yi)來,與P22進行綜(zong)合(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)較,采用(yong)(yong)P91合(he)(he)金管(guan)經濟性較差。再熱熱段(duan)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)采用(yong)(yong)P22合(he)(he)金管(guan)時(shi),主管(guan)規(gui)格(ge)為(wei)Φ635×31,支管(guan)規(gui)格(ge)為(wei)Φ508×24.8;采用(yong)(yong)P91材質(zhi)時(shi),主管(guan)規(gui)格(ge)為(wei)Φ727.96×21.03,支管(guan)規(gui)格(ge)為(wei)Φ632.97×17.98.對比(bi)(bi)可(ke)知,主管(guan)道(dao)(dao)壁(bi)(bi)厚(hou)減薄(bo)(bo)了(le)10mm,支管(guan)道(dao)(dao)壁(bi)(bi)厚(hou)減薄(bo)(bo)了(le)6.8mm,管(guan)道(dao)(dao)總重(zhong)變化不大(da),管(guan)道(dao)(dao)總重(zhong)比(bi)(bi)P91/P22=1/1.39,遠大(da)于價格(ge)比(bi)(bi),因此仍推(tui)薦采用(yong)(yong)P22管(guan)材。
3、再熱(re)蒸汽冷段(duan)管(guan)道(dao)管(guan)材選擇(ze)
原電力部有(you)關部門電站管(guan)(guan)道管(guan)(guan)件規(gui)格化(hua)會議提出,根據300MW機(ji)組使(shi)用的經驗,再熱蒸汽冷(leng)段(duan)采用A672B70CL32電熔(rong)焊(han)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)替代A106B無(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan),同樣可滿足技術(shu)要(yao)求。冷(leng)段(duan)主管(guan)(guan)采用A672B70CL32有(you)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)替代A106B無(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)。有(you)縫(feng)(feng)焊(han)接(jie)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)比A106B無(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)便宜(yi)很多(duo),為無(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)的1/3左右。有(you)縫(feng)(feng)焊(han)接(jie)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)的壁(bi)厚偏(pian)差小于無(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan),其(qi)質量不(bu)亞于無(wu)縫(feng)(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)。
4、高壓(ya)給(gei)水(shui)管道管材選擇
高壓給水管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)通(tong)常使用St4518/Ⅲ管(guan)(guan)(guan)材(cai),本(ben)工程優化為(wei)15NiCuMoNb5.主管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)規(gui)格由Φ406.4×50改為(wei)Φ355.6×25,支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)規(gui)格由Φ298.6×36改為(wei)Φ244.5×20.15NiCuMoNb5與St4518/Ⅲ的(de)彈性模數及線膨脹(zhang)系(xi)數十(shi)分相近,但15NiCuMoNb5的(de)許用應力遠(yuan)大(da)于(yu)St4518/Ⅲ,因此(ci),高壓給水管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)采(cai)用15NiCuMoNb5時(shi),管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)壁厚可(ke)以(yi)減薄50%,管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)本(ben)身金(jin)(jin)屬及支(zhi)吊架材(cai)料用量可(ke)大(da)為(wei)節約,經濟上更合(he)(he)理,可(ke)以(yi)有效的(de)降低工程造價。因此(ci)高壓給水管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)材(cai)采(cai)用15NiCuMoNb5合(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)彎(wan)頭,WB36合(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)彎(wan)頭,WB36合(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)三通(tong),WB36合(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)異(yi)徑管(guan)(guan)(guan),15NiCuMoNb5合(he)(he)金(jin)(jin)三通(tong)。
